Select this option if you choose to register your child and take part in our payment plan agreement. Our secretary or treasurer will be in contact with you to sign the payment plan agreement form.
You, the parent/guardian, will agree to make payments on the specified dates and the agreed upon amounts stated on the payment schedule.
Please understand that payments are limited to three payments and that a $60 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is due at registration. Completed payment will be due August 4, 2020.
